Yoga and mindfulness have become such an integral part of my life. I invite you to join me on a journey of self exploration, healing and deeper connection with mindfulness and self.
I am honoured to offer most types of yoga asana including, but not limited to: hatha, vinyasa, gentle, chair, restorative, yin, and kid’s yoga. I can provide these in a private setting in your space or mine, as well as on a contract basis. I also offer corporate yoga in Victoria, bringing Yoga directly to the workplace.
Lastly, and very dear to my heart, is my offering of Therapeutic Yoga for Trauma, Resilience and Emotional Well-being.
